- 2 (16 ounce) cans chickpeas or (16 ounce) cans garbanzo beans
- 1⁄2 cup tahini
- 6 tablespoons olive oil
- 8 minced garlic cloves
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cayenne
- 1⁄2 teaspoon coriander
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cumin
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons salt
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1⁄4 cup lemon juice
directions
- Mix all together in food processor. Blend until smooth. Chill before serving with pita bread or pita chips.
