Sweetened Cream Cheese

ingredients

• 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
• 2 tablespoons honey
• 2 tablespoons cream or 2 tablespoons milk

directions

1. Beat the cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth.
2. Add honey and cream or milk until of spreading consistency.

A cream cheese pretzel at Disneyland sent me searching for a sweetened cream cheese recipe. This spread is so yummy. I added 3T of honey, and found that the consistancy was just what I was looking for. Thank you so much, Miss Erin, for posting!
