Sauce
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 (16 ounce) can canned crushed tomatoes (or 1 lb. can)
- 2 (6 ounce) cans tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon parsley flakes

Cheese
- 5 cups cottage cheese
- 2 medium eggs
- 1 tablespoon parsley flakes
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
- 1⁄2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 lb mozzarella cheese

Lasagna
- 1 (16 ounce) box lasagna noodles

Sauce Directions:
- Brown ground beef; drain the fat.
- Add all other ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes.

Cheese:
- Mix all ingredients except Mozzarella cheese together and refrigerate.

Lasagna:
- Boil noodles and drain well.
- 1 layer of noodles in pan.
- Spread 1/2 of cheese mixture on top of noodles.
- Spread 1/3 of Mozzarella cheese on top of cheese mixture.
- Spread 1/2 of meat mixture on top of Mozzarella cheese.
- Repeat layers once more and then top with Mozzarella cheese.
- Bake at 375°F for 30-45 minutes.
