Creamy Crunchy Peach Dessert
"This is basically the easiest dessert EVER, but it is so good! It’s good for you too :-) I’m sure someone else has come up with this somewhere in the world, but I invented it while at the college cafeteria. I was craving something with fruit and both creamy and crunchy textures, and this is what I ended up with. Quick, simple, and delicious. I prefer to use granola with raisins in it. This would also be a great snack."

ingredients
- 4 canned peach halves in juice, drained
- 1⁄2 cup low fat cottage cheese
- granola cereal
directions
- Set out two small bowls or other serving dishes.
- Place two peach halves in each dish.
- Top with cottage cheese and sprinkle with granola, and serve immediately!

This tasted delcious! I made this for my breakfast with a fruit drink. I used frozen peaches instead(thawed) and it worked out good. Thanks for the recipe Messy Cook!
