Good! Yummm! I used white cheddar cheese sticks and twist string cheese. I brushed them with garlic butter the last few minutes of cooking. We are high altitude and must cook a little longer. The amount of dough was perfect for me, not a bid left over. I also think after cooling a bit, they could be used as the bottom part of a canape with some cooked ham on top of each slice. I haven't tried this, but this recipe is so quick and easy it would be a great way for fast appetizers also. Thanks for posting Krsi Sue.
