This is a lovely recipe, it makes for a very moist and yummy cornbread that everyone enjoyed in our house! :) The recipe was quick and easy to put together and Ill certainly save it to make again.
I really liked that there was no sugar in the recipe. I made this for my family, so I used milk in place of the powder and water and I also made this vegan using a flax egg. Other than that followed your recipe and loved it. THANK YOU SO MUCH for sharing this here with us, Julie Leo!
Made and reviewed on recommendation of Azparzych July 2011.

Received this Mix from AZPARZYCH as one of my gifts for the Holiday Ornament Swap. FINALLY getting around to using it. I liked looking at the gift bag as it sat upon my pantry shelf. We had chili tonight and DH grabbed the bag before I could stop him. He LOVES cornbread. He made the bread whilst I made my chili recipe, File Under C for Chili #416834. What a great tasting combo. This bread is wonderfully, light and not grainy tasting at all. I'm not a big fan of cornbread, but I would (and will) definitely eat this again. I know DH will. Thanks for posting and thanks again AZPARZYCH for the great gift.
