  • Place zucchini, chopped peppers, and onions in a large container. Cover with crushed ice and let set for 3 hours.
  • In a large pot, place remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Drain the vegetables well and add to the pot. Bring to a boil again.
  • Ladle vegetables into wide mouth jars that have been cleaned and are hot. Seal and process in hot water bath.

  1. I try to make this every year when zucchini is available. Its great on hotdogs. I also use it in tuna salad, potato salad, chicken salad, in place of pickel relish.

Her sweets are fantastics, especially her pound cakes, Yummm <br> <br>I guess the dish that I am famous for is my Christmas ham - my family all comes home for Christmas, and if i don't have my ham they are dissapointed, and my grandson wants the pistachio squares!!! so I guess that is the dishes that I'm famous for.
