This was very easy to make! Curry and tuna go great together! I used<br/>onion salt and omitted regular salt but next time would reduce the onion salt even more. Thx..

I'm using fresh yellow fin tuna. Thick slices, peppered, and grilled with hickory. Sear and mix in as per recipe. So much better than generic tuna salad!

Yumm. DD (toddler) and I ate this with rice crackers and the addition of chopped Lobo apple. I did not add any salt and would recommend not to. I liked the idea of less mayonnaise for which I used Helmans olive oil mayonnaise to be soy free. I used a sweet curry powder, Recipe #104344. For the onions I used shallots. I will make this again with or without apple.

This was made as a brown bag lunch for 2 and served with crisp crackers. I Enjoyed the fact there was a minimal amount of mayo and loved the addition of the curry powder.

Simple and delicious! I like to add in some diced apple because I LOVE the combination of apple and curry powder. Excellent as is though. I served it on baby spinach. Very healthy meal!
