ingredients

• 1 1⁄2 cups flour
• 2⁄3 cup of softened butter
• 3⁄4 cup sugar
• 1 cup milk
• 3 eggs
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

directions

1. Preheat oven to 350*. line a muffin pan with paper liners.
2. In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar together until light and fluffy. stir in eggs, vanilla, and flour.
3. Fill muffin cups 3/4 full. If there's any empty cups, take the liner out and fill with a little water. This prevents your pan from burning.
4. Bake 18 - 20 minutes. Cool in the pan before transferring to a wire rack.
