  • First Layer: Mix Butter, Flour, and Pecans until well blended. Pat in 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes, until lightly browned. Cool.
  • Second Layer: mix Cream Cheese, 1 cup of Whip Cream, and Powdered Sugar; spread over cool crust.
  • Third Layer: Mix 2 pkg. of Chocolate Pudding and 2 and a half cups of Milk until blended: pour over second layer. Spread evenly.
  • Fourth Layer: Mix 2 pkg. of Vanilla Pudding and 2 and a half cups of Milk until blended, pour over third layer. Spread evenly.
  • Fifth layer: Top with Remaining Whipped Cream.
