- 1⁄2 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup pecans, chopped very fine
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 14 ounces whipped cream
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 (3 1/2 ounce) packages instant vanilla pudding
- 2 (3 1/2 ounce) packages chocolate instant pudding
- 5 cups milk
directions
- First Layer: Mix Butter, Flour, and Pecans until well blended. Pat in 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes, until lightly browned. Cool.
- Second Layer: mix Cream Cheese, 1 cup of Whip Cream, and Powdered Sugar; spread over cool crust.
- Third Layer: Mix 2 pkg. of Chocolate Pudding and 2 and a half cups of Milk until blended: pour over second layer. Spread evenly.
- Fourth Layer: Mix 2 pkg. of Vanilla Pudding and 2 and a half cups of Milk until blended, pour over third layer. Spread evenly.
- Fifth layer: Top with Remaining Whipped Cream.
