Wonderful Spinach Artichoke Dip

ingredients
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 (16 ounce) bag fresh spinach, cut up
- 2 (4 ounce) jars marinated artichokes
- 1 tablespoon garlic (or adjust to taste)
- 1 dash season salt
- 1 dash red pepper flakes
directions
- Cut up spinach.
- Cut up artichokes.
- Mix all ingredients in bowl together well.
- Spray 8x8 dish with Pam.
- Bake at 350 for an hour, or until dip is bubbling in the middle and top is just slightly browned.
- Serve with warmed cut up pitas or chips or crackers, whatever you prefer.
- Sometimes I add cut up tomatoes on top right before serving if I have them on hand.
