Wonderful Spinach Artichoke Dip

"I have perfected this recipe over time with trial and error and it is now, in my opinion, absolutely perfect. I use fresh spinach in my recipe. I'm sure you could use frozen, although I never have, so I can't give any advice on measurements. I cut up pitas into triangles and brush them with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic salt and heat them int he oven. Goes great with the dip and makes a nice presentation. Enjoy!"
