"This is a healthy wheat bread. My kids enjoy it, especially with jam and cream cheese."

ingredients

• 11 ounces water
• 1 1⁄2 teaspoons salt
• 1 teaspoon sugar substitute
• 1⁄8 teaspoon sugar
• 1 tablespoon molasses
• 3 1⁄2 cups whole wheat flour
• 2 teaspoons vital wheat gluten
• 1⁄4 cup flax seed meal
• 2 teaspoons dry yeast

1. place all ingredients in bread machine according to manufactures directions for your machine.
