- 2 (13 ounce) cans chicken breasts, drained
- 1 (13 ounce) can white beans
- 0.5 (15 ounce) jar salsa
- 2 cups colby-monterey jack cheese
- 1 tablespoon cumin
- 2 (12 ounce) cans chicken broth
- 2 cups crushed tortilla chips
directions
- Place chicken, beans, salsa, chicken broth, cumin, & cheese in a large skillet/kettle.
- Heat on medium until mixture is hot & cheese is melted.
- Add crushed chips as a topping.
