• Serves: 2

ingredients

• 2 tablespoons instant espresso
• 2 tablespoons water
• 2 tablespoons sugar
• 2 cups milk, milk of choice

directions

1. In a large mixing bowl, add in the instant espresso, water and sugar.
2. Using a stand mixer or a hand mixer whisk until everything gets light and creamy and fluffy.
3. Either warm or ice your milk of choice.
4. Top milk with whipped coffee and prepare to be amazed – OMG it's so good! ��.
