  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • Bake corn tortillas for approximately 3 to 5 minutes per side until they are slightly brown on each side. You want the tortillas to be crispy. Watch carefully so they don't burn.
  • Heat beans and spread 1/4 cup on each tortilla.
  • Spread 1 tablespoon of fat free sour cream over the beans.
  • Garnish with lettuce, tomatoes, green chile or salsa, and onions.

  1. These were very good. My whole family loved these.I did bake my tortillas at 375 on parchment paper for a little over ten minutes to get them crunchy but that is probably differences in my oven. Thank you for the recipe!!! I will be making these again :)
