I was looking for a taco dip that wasn't loaded with sour cream and cheese, and came across this. I'm so glad I did! I had a pound of ground beef so I doubled the recipe, and used half immediately and froze the rest to defrost in the future for a quick snack. I topped with just a sprinkle of cheese because DH can't handle much dairy. I garnished with guacamole. Really good!
