- 6 ounces raspberry Jell-O gelatin
- 1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple
- 4 cups cranberry juice
- 1 1⁄2 cups chopped fresh cranberries
- 1 1⁄2 cups chopped unpeeled apples
- 3⁄4 cup raisins
- 3⁄4 cup chopped pecans
- 1 1⁄2 cups miniature marshmallows
- 1 lemon, juice and zest of
directions
- Add raisins to 2 cups of cranberry juice and bring to a boil.
- Pour boiling liquid over 6 ounces of Jell-O in mixing bowl.
- Add drained pineapple, reserving juice.
- Add enough cranberry juice to the pineapple juice to make 2 cups. Add it to Jell-O mixture.
- Add chopped cranberries, chopped apples, chopped pecans and miniature marshmallows.
- Add zest and juice of 1 lemon.
- Stir together and pour into 3" deep container.
- Refrigerate until serving time.
