- 1 (15 ounce) can pinto beans, drained
- 1 (15 ounce) can black beans, drained
- 1 (15 ounce) can red beans, drained
- 1 (15 ounce) can garbanzo beans, drained
- 1 (15 ounce) can corn, drained
- 2 (15 ounce) cans diced tomatoes, drained
- 1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce, drained
- 2 (1 1/4 ounce) packages chili seasoning mix
- 1⁄2 - 1 cup beef flavored textured vegetable protein (optional)
directions
- Soften tvp in equal ammount of hot water before adding.
- Open up cans.
- Dump them all together in a pot alloge with other ingrediants.
- Vary types of beans and ammount of seasoning to taste.
