  • Coat a skillet with olive oil. Add cabbage, bell pepper and green onions; sauté for 5 minutes. Add water a little at a time. Cook until all liquid evaporates. Remove from heat; stir in parsley and basil.
  • In another bowl, combine bread crumbs, sunflower seeds and rice. Stir in egg whites. Add vegetable mixture.
  • Drop batter by spoonfuls onto skillet sprayed with vegetable cooking spray and flatten to form burgers. Brown on both sides for 5 minutes.
