This is the first time that I have attempted to make pizzelle. Due to a soy allergy I was unable to use the soy yogurt and instead I used Orgran custard powder to make custard and added that to the recipe. It took me half a batch to get the hang of the pizzelle maker and the pizzelles did not come out as normal pizzelles (which I expected). I am still going to work with this recipe until I perfect it for my use.
