- 1 bunch fresh dill
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons mustard
- 1⁄2 cup tahini
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1⁄4 cup water
directions
- Blend in Vitamix until creamy then place in glass jars.
- Will thicken over a few hours. Taste to decide if it needs either vinegar or water to thin it out.
