- 2 avocados, ripe
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice (or more to taste)
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tablespoon soymilk
directions
- Put all ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth. Add more lemon juice or soy milk to taste.

I've been vegan since February of 2005, and I was vegetarian for almost a year before that. I love cooking vegan food.
