  • Mix dry ingrediants with butter to form soft crumbs, stir in milk.
  • drop onto cookie sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes at 450 degrees.
  • Chill cream and whip until soft peaks are formed, stir in sour cream and vanilla flavoring.
  • Carefully cut shortbread in half once cooled, layer whipped cream and strawberries inside.

  1. Great shortcake.<br/>Not white and fluffy, but a little more dense with a slight crunchy-ness on the outside.Great texture.<br/>Had no honey, used xylitol instead.<br/>Will make again.
