  • The night before place frozen rolls in well greased Bundt pan.
  • Sprinkle dry pudding mix over rolls.
  • Sprinkle brown sugar over pudding mix.
  • Sprinkle pecans over brown sugar.
  • Pour melted butter over all.
  • To prevent the dough from forming a hard crust while its rising overnight, cover with a damp towel or tightly wrap with plastic wrap.
  • Let rise overnight at room temperature, about 8 to 10 hours.
  • Preheat oven to 350°.
  • Bake in oven for 30 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and allow to cool for 5 minutes.
  • Turn pan over onto a serving platter to remove.
  • Serve by pulling apart chunks with forks.

  1. Very easy to prepare and tasty too. I only had a 12 count package of rolls which worked out well for me, because I do not own a bunt pan. I placed the rolls inside a round foil casserole pan that is deeper than a cake pan. The rolls baked just fine. However if using the foil pan in place of the bunt pan make sure you cover the rolls tightly with plastic wrap instead of using the damp dish towel. In the morning I found that a couple of my rolls had risen up over the side of the pan- the plastic wrap kept the topping from making a mess all over my counter top. Made and reviewed for Spring PAC 2010
