Turkey Taco Salad

"This is a quick, easy & low calorie meal. I love tacos so this is a great alternative.. You can add whatever veggies you want the possibilities are endless! Remember all ingredients are optional. I've added black beans & corn before & that was good as well."

  • In a saucepan heat olive oil over medium heat.
  • Add Turkey with seasonings (salt, pepper & cumin) & cook until white (no pink is showing).
  • Draining the meat is not necessary (but optional) since turkey has little fat & the olive oil will be absorbed.
  • Add the taco seasoning with water & cook until sauce is thickened.
  • Assemble the salad & put the turkey meat on top of the veggies.
  • Then add the cheese.
  • Now add half to a full bag of the Doritos.
