DIRECTIONS

  • saute onion in butter
  • add bell pepper and garlic
  • saute until done translucent
  • add tomatoes and herbs and spices
  • add tuna undrained juice and all
  • mix.
  • cook until tomatoes are soft
  • cover with rice and let set covered 10 minutes
  • flip over on plate with tuna mix being on top.
