- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of celery soup
- 5 (5 ounce) cans tuna (drained)
- 1 (16 ounce) bag egg noodles (cooked)
- 1 cup milk
- 1⁄2 teaspoon oregano (optional)
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt (to taste)
- 1⁄2 teaspoon basil
- 1⁄4 teaspoon thyme (optional)
- 1⁄4 teaspoon onion powder (optional)
- 1⁄4 teaspoon ground pepper (optional)
- 20 Ritz crackers
directions
- Melt butter in microwave.
- Pour melted butter in 9 x 13 pan.
- In the 9 x 13 pan, add seasonings, cream of
- Add cream of celery soup to the 9 x 13 pan and stir.
- Add milk to the pan and stir.
- Add tuna to the pan and stir.
- Add cooked egg noodles to the pan and stir.
- Flatten the ingredients, making a smooth layer.
- Crumble the Ritz crackers and coat top of casserole with crackers.
- Bake at 350 for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
