  • In a medium bowl, add the tuna and beans but do not mix.
  • Coarsely chop the tomatoes, discarding the seeds.
  • Add the tomatoes, juice from the lemon half, shallot, garlic, olive oil, cumin, and pepper to the tuna and beans, mixing with a rubber spatula to keep the tuna in good-sized chunks.
  • Chill and enjoy!

  1. I liked this spin on tuna salad. I used grape tomatoes cut into quarters and purple onion, but otherwise followed the recipe. I liked the hint of cumin and mingled flavors. Thank you for sharing the recipe! Made for Pick A Chef 2014.
