Tuna, Bacon, and Veggie Salad

ingredients
- 1 (6 ounce) can albacore tuna, packed in water and drained
- 4 slices bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
- 2 hard-boiled eggs
- 1⁄4 cup mayonnaise
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ground black pepper (to taste)
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄3 cup diced tomato, lightly packed
- 1⁄3 cup frozen peas, thawed
- 4 lettuce leaves (optional)
directions
- Combine first six ingredients and chill for at least 2 hours.
- Add peas and tomatoes,chill for another 30 minutes.
- Then if using lettuce, place 2 leaves on two small plates.
- Divide tuna salad evenly over lettuce leaves.
- If using french fried onions,place 1/8 cup over each mound of tuna.
- Enjoy :).
