Trail Mix Cookies

"This is a very healthy Cookie recipe. If desired, substitute 2 1/2 cups of prepared trail mix containing fruit, nuts, and coconut for the dried fruits, coconut, and chopped nuts called for in this recipe. Be sure to break up any banana chips and whole nuts, and snip any other large pieces of dried fruit into bits."

  1. Very good and moist! Turn out more like mini-banana bread bars! I didn't have any allspice on me, so I just put in some cinnamon instead. They flew off the plate! Thank you!
