Trachelle's Favorite Wheat Bread (Bread Machine)

This bread is sweeter than most whole wheat breads and it stays moist and soft for several days. Freezes well too.

ingredients
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 1⁄3 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup warm water
- 1 1⁄2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 cup white bread flour
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons yeast
directions
- Add all ingredients to bread machine pan in the order suggested by the manufacturer.
- Add 2-3tbs of water or flour if dough is too wet or dry.
- I usually use the dough cycle then form loaf, rise until doubled, and bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.

I love this bread although I am having an issue, when i take it out of the maker, work it down a little into buns and a loaf, I let it sit in the oven that was set at 170 degrees but then turned off for proofing, it rises like wow, but then when i take it out to preheat the oven to 350 my beautiful buns and loaf have flattened out, what am i doing wrong pleaseReplies 1
