directions

  • in a bowl put flour.
  • gradually add the oil and the water, beat till smooth.
  • dip the apple pieces in this and fry them till golden.
  • drain on kitchen towel.
  • heat 2 tsp oil in a wok, add the sugar and water.
  • stir on a high flame until it turns golden.
  • immediately remove from heat and add in the sesame seeds.
  • fold in the apples to coat.
  • brush a plate with sesame oil and turn out the toffee mixture into it.
  • fill a bowl with iced water and ice cubes.
  • lower each toffee apple into it carefully, for some time.
  • (this cold water causes the apples to cool fast thus not allowing them to crystallise).
  • due to the heat of the toffee apples, the water tends to warm up, therefore add more ice cubes to the water occasionally.

to start with, i am a commerse graduate. i am doing my iata and planning to work on the airport. 2 things i do most r talk and laugh and make others laugh along. i like making friends. i have a lot of interest towards the designing field. basically it is that everything that revolves around creativity is my interest. i have lots a hobbies like pot painting, ceramic and tissue flower making, coin collecting, painting, stamp collecting, stitching etc...... i love reading mystery novels and also love watching suspense and horror movies. i love cooking but not the typical food cooked at home. i love trying out new stuff. i love to mix recipes and make new things out of them. i like more of baking which u will notice in the recipes that i post. i hope u enjoy them :)
