Texas Grass (Spinach Dip)

"This recipe was sent to me from Lindsay. Spinach dip makes a great appetizer and goes great with pita chips!!"

• Serves: 4-6

ingredients

• 1 (3 ounce) package Knorr vegetable soup mix
• 1 1⁄2 cups sour cream
• 1 cup mayonnaise
• 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
• 1 (8 ounce) can water chestnuts, chopped
• 3 green onions, chopped

directions

1. Stir soup mix, sour cream, and mayonnaise until blended.
2. Stir in spinach, water chestnuts, and onions.
3. Cover and chill for 2 hours before serving.
4. Serve with your favorite chips or crackers. We love pita chips.
