  • 4 cups canned green beans, drained
  • 1 cup rotel
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, diced
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 14 cup onion, diced

directions

  • In pan, melt butter and sauté onion.
  • Add beans, Rotel, and jalapenos; simmer for about 15 or 30 minutes.
  • Serve warm.
