- 1⁄2 cup soy sauce
- 1⁄8 teaspoon minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1⁄2 teaspoon dried ginger
directions
- Mix well.
- Marinate meat 18-24 hours.

We really love this marinade! I made it according to the recipe with no changes. It's not too sweet and has a nice zing to it. I used it to marinate chicken breasts that I broiled. We will definitely use this one again! -
This certainly is a really good marinade, just ther right amount of flavour. No need to change anything, terrific as is.
