ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 tablespoon grated fresh gingerroot
- 2 tablespoons dry sherry
directions
- Combine all.
- Pour over meat in zip-loc bag.
- Marinate meat 4-12 hours, refrigerated.
