Teriyaki Marinade

"This is similar to the marinade at our local Japanese steakhouse. It is good on chicken, steak, and pork."

• Serves: 10

ingredients

• 1⁄2 cup red wine
• 1⁄2 cup soy sauce
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 1⁄4 cup brown sugar
• 2 tablespoons grated fresh gingerroot
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 teaspoon black pepper

directions

1. Put all ingredients into blender. Process until well blended. Pour over meat and allow to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
