- 1⁄2 cup red wine
- 1⁄2 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1⁄4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons grated fresh gingerroot
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
directions
- Put all ingredients into blender. Process until well blended. Pour over meat and allow to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
