- 2 -3 lbs round steaks
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 package onion soup mix
directions
- Place steak in baking pan.
- Cover with cream of mushroom soup and sprinkle onion soup mix on top.
- Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
- (No peeking).

Outstanding, Lane! Soo easy, very tender--using minute steaks and very good. My only change was to decrease the onion soup mix slightly because of the salt. Made for Easy Does It! event in Cooking Photos. -
Sounds wonderful, and looks like it is easy to make. ba -
I was really wanting to like this recipe, but I just wasn't impressed. Maybe I didn't buy a good enough cut of steak, but the steak was tough and my husband and I just didn't care for the taste. The mushroom soup and the dry onion soup mix didn't mix at all and came out all in lumps on top of the steak. :(
