  • Flour and brown round steak (keep the drippings).
  • Remove steak and set aside.
  • Add celery, onions and bell pepper and brown in fat.
  • Add parsley, bay leaves, garlic, tomato sauce and water, stir well.
  • Add meat.
  • Pressure cook for 30 minutes.
  • Serve on a bed of rice.
