  • Saute Onions.
  • Cube Sweet Potatoes, Acorn Squash and Carrot.
  • Add to Chicken Broth.
  • Boil 25 min or until tender.
  • Puree with immersion blender or in a food processor.
  • Return to pot.
  • Add nutmeg and Garlic Ginger Paste (I used garlic ginger paste because it's what i had on hand, I didn't realize I was out of ginger).
  • Add heavy cream and heat thoroughly.
