Super Simple Sweet Burritos

"I believe they're called "wraps" these days. We found long ago that pretty much anything can go in a flour tortilla: left-over Chinese food, Pizza bits, eggs, etc. This recipe is really simple and we often have it at breakfast with coffee. It's so simple I'm a little embarrassed to call it a recipe."

directions

  • I just guestimated the amounts.
  • Place a glob of peanut butter and an equal sized glob of maple butter on each tortilla. Whatever size works for you, and whatever ratio of peanut butter to maple butter you like.
  • Smear the two together and all around on half the tortilla. Roll the tortilla up, starting at the edge of the filling and ending at the plain side.
  • Put them on a plate, insert in a plastic bag to preserve moisture, and microwave for as long as works for you. For 6 burritos, in my microwave, 55 seconds is good. For 3 about 30 seconds.
