Super Meal Breakfast Salad

"This salad is a a great start to your day! Just sweet enough, and loaded with great nutrients! Serve it with a whole grain english muffin or oatmeal to add some great "grains" to round out the meal. I use "California Style" cottage cheese. If you don't have agave nectar, feel free to substitute honey or maple syrup!"

  1. What could be bad? Didn't use cantaloup since it burns my mouth sometimes :-/ and have no clue what an agave is but if I find one I'll be sure to try it. Honey was good tho, used orange blossom. Added a banana 'cause they must be used b4 they go bad. The fruit would be great with yogurt too and a little granola maybe. Great post, Thanks. Oh, some stores now sell cut up fresh mixed fruit and call it a smoothy mix. Its usually berries and kiwi in my store. Its perfect for this. Then all you'll need is a drizzel of honey and a small container of cottage cheese and you have a hassel free meal that wont kill the diet. No, cottage cheese thighs do not come from eating cottage cheese ;-)especially if its a low fat kind.
