DIRECTIONS

  • Mix all ingredients, except chocolate chips, with beaters until well mixed. Batter will be THICK, but shouldn't be dry.
  • Stir in chocolate chips.
  • Scoop into regular muffin tin, lined with muffin wrappers or into greased mini loaf pans.
