Stuffed Acorn Squash

  • Slice off points on the bottoms of squash so they will stand in slow cooker.
  • Slice off tops and discard, scoop out seeds.
  • Place squash in slow cooker.
  • Combine rice, cranberries, celery, onion, and sage. Stuff into squash.
  • Dot with butter.
  • Pour 1 tablespoon orange juice into each squash.
  • Pour water into bottom of slow cooker.
  • Cover, and cook on low for 2 1/2 hours.
  • Serve with cooked turkey breast.
  • Cut squash in half.

Will make no adjustments. <br />3 stars - good, might consider an adjustment <br />2 stars- Okay- will make adjustment <br />1 star- debatable I will make again, would with right adjustment <br />0 stars - Will not attempt again.</p>
