- 1 red capsicum, cut in cubes
- 1 onion, cut in cubes
- 1 tomatoes, cut in cubes
- 1 green chili pepper, cut into 1/4-inch pieces
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 2 pinches black pepper
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- water, for sprinkling
directions
- Take a pan, add oil, keep it on high flame, add the cut vegetables including green chili. Saute for 2 minutes Add salt, sprinkle some water, close the lid and cook for 5 mins in simmer, saute in between, open the lid, sprinkle pepper powder, saute few seconds and serve with bread, rice or rotis.
