Scrumptious for low cal people! This recipe is awesome! It is SO delicious. (I haven’t had sweets in about a month so my taste for sweet has curbed quite a lot, just to be honest.) It tastes like dark chocolate syrup. Often stevia has a horrible after taste for me, but I think the bitterness of the cocoa compliments it and alievates the aftertaste. I do think you need to substitute the water for some sort of milk for creaminess. Here’s my version that turned out scrumptious, it’s 190 calories per cup and it yeilds a cup. I could eat it by itself, but it’s super good with PB2 and/or on Halo Top! 1 cup cashew milk (i grabbed a blend from tjs) 1 tbsp vanilla 1 cup cocoa powder 10 packets of truvia (stevia) (or whatever sweetener to taste, it has a lovely texture without sweetness)1Reply

Made this recipe again today and used 1 cup of xylitol instead of stevia. It has been a while since I last made it, but we liked it then. The reviewer who thought this tasted awful either used too much or too little stevia when making the recipe. Today I started with 1\2 cup of xylitol, but added a second 1\2 cup when tasting it after mixing.Reply
