ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 cups unsweetened coconut milk
- 1 medium banana
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons flax seeds
- 2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds
- 1 ounce walnuts
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 20 ounces ice, crushed
directions
- Put all ingredients, EXCEPT the ice, in a high powered blender in the order listed.
- Mix on blend setting.
- Add crushed ice and mix on smoothie setting.
