- 2 1⁄4 lbs fresh spinach
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1⁄16 teaspoon salt
- 2 garlic cloves
directions
- Thoroughly clean spinach.
- Add to pan with a small amount of salted water to boil.
- Drain when ready (2-3 minutes).
- Heat olive oil in saucepan.
- Chop or slice garlic & add to saucepan with heated oil (be careful not to burn).
- Add spinach.
- Cook for ~10 minutes.
