ingredients

• 1 cup mayonnaise
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1 (1 ounce) package ranch dressing mix
• 0.5 (4 1/2 ounce) jar bacon bits
• 1⁄2 cup water chestnut, chopped
• 6 green onions, chopped
• 4 large flour tortillas
• 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed

directions

1. Mix all ingredients except tortillas.
2. Spread mixture evenly on tortillas and roll up.
3. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
4. Cut into 1 inch slices and serve.
