  • Preheat oven to 450.
  • Put oil in 9x13 pan, swirl around.
  • Scrub potatoes. Cut each lengthwise into 8 wedges.
  • Combine flour and seasonings in a bowl or baggie.
  • Add potato wedges and shake or toss to coat.
  • Arrange skin-side-down in oiled pan.
  • Bake 35-40 minutes.

  2. These were Great!, reminded us of JOJO's you get at the deli. Ours was pretty spicy, but used 10 potatoes and tripled the flour and seasonings. The spiceness comes from the black pepper. So you can add more or less. Will be making again. [Made for Bargain Basement Tag]
     
  3. These were OK, but not "spicy". I liked the texture, so I might try again with either cayenne pepper, or maybe a little parmesan cheese in place of some of the flour.
